These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zeus40 platform and all services offered through zeus40.vip. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

zeus40 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. This is a legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. Providing false age information is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one zeus40 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are subject to suspension. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support rather than registering a new one.
All transactions on zeus40 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and local bank transfers. Cryptocurrency and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
All bonuses and promotions offered by zeus40 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zeus40 login credentials. zeus40 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access to support.
zeus40 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Gambling is addictive — use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zeus40. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the zeus40 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 zeus40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with zeus40's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Philippine law sets the minimum age for casino-style gambling at 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced by zeus40 at registration and during KYC verification. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the zeus40 platform, you must:

3.3 If zeus40 determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21+ age requirement — at any point, zeus40 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void any pending wagers, and withhold or return any Balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.4 Players who knowingly provide false information regarding their age or identity are in breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine law.
4.1 To access real-money gaming features on zeus40, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) zeus40 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. zeus40 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. zeus40 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified zeus40 of unauthorized access.
4.5 zeus40 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from zeus40, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.6 zeus40 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
5.1 All financial transactions on the zeus40 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). zeus40 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the zeus40 Finance / Wallet section and may be updated from time to time. zeus40 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual Accounts based on KYC status, account history, or regulatory requirements.
5.5 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. zeus40 aims to process GCash withdrawals within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard Philippine interbank processing timelines. zeus40 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 zeus40 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of the review.
5.7 Funds deposited into a zeus40 Account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the zeus40 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.1 zeus40 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. zeus40 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
6.4 zeus40 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have opted in.
7.1 All games available on the zeus40 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
7.2 The random number generators (RNGs) used in zeus40's slot and table games are independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are disclosed in each game's information panel.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, zeus40 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
7.4 zeus40 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially different from those intended.
7.5 Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit-based strategies.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zeus40 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

9.2 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account or accessing the platform through alternative means. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and any Balance forfeited.
9.3 zeus40 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

10.1 All content on the zeus40 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of zeus40 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the zeus40 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zeus40 content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of zeus40's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, zeus40 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 zeus40's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 zeus40 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. zeus40 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude zeus40's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 zeus40 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.2 By registering on the zeus40 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 zeus40 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

13.1 zeus40 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zeus40 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at zeus40.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
13.3 Your continued use of the zeus40 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to zeus40's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to the zeus40 support team, which will be acknowledged within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through zeus40's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 zeus40 and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.
